Harriet and Edward Griffith

-

Edward Griffith. He, along with his artist wife Harriet Griffith, worked on illustrations for Georges Cuvier's publication "The Animal Kingdom." Their engravings were published by G. B. Whittaker in London around 1827. Some of these works include hand-colored engravings of various animals such as the striped American marmot and eland, attributed to either Edward or Harriet Griffith.
